What is Mirian?

How do Helix, the agents and Pulse differ?
Helix is the foundation: one financial data model across every entity, ERP, bank and billing system. The agents are the execution layer: they run recurring workflows on that model, with approvals. Pulse is the interface: ask any question across all of it, and the answer comes with its source.
What is Helix, and can we buy it without an agent?
Yes. Mirian Helix is the consolidated financial data platform under every agent. It is sold on its own, and every agent you add later runs on it.
Does Mirian replace our ERP?
No. The ERP stays the system of record. Helix is the model layer for companies with several systems and entities, and the agents post approved entries back to the ERP. Mirian is not a warehouse, not a consultancy, not close software, not an ERP replacement, not a horizontal agent builder with a finance skin.
Can anything write to our ERP without approval?
No. Nothing writes to a system of record without a named approver. Go-live starts with a shadow cycle, and nothing writes back until your controller signs off.
What does Mirian Labs build?
Your workflows, built on the platform, by our team. Labs engineers embed with your team, map how your company works and build your finance and operations SOPs as Mirian Agents on Helix, on the same runtime as every live agent. Proven ones become standard agents.
Where does Mirian Capital fit?
Capital is an outcome of the platform, not a layer of it. When the Treasury & Cash forecast shows a gap, Mirian sizes a facility against your receivables and puts offers from partner lenders in front of you. Mirian is not a lender and never holds a loan.
Does Mirian send our invoices?
No. Invoicing stays in your billing system. Invoice-to-Cash picks up once the invoice is issued: follow-up, cash application and disputes.
